Get a key at console.anthropic.com → API Keys (a firm account with a few dollars of credit covers hundreds of lookups). The key is stored only in this browser and sent only to api.anthropic.com. Don't use this on a shared/public computer.

Paste the edits text copied from the Provider Researcher (or from a colleague's export) and click Apply. Corrections merge into the matching records.
🗺 Address Lookup
The client address box uses Google Places for suggestions when a key is available, and falls back to free OpenStreetMap lookup otherwise. Everything still works without a key — suggestions are just less precise.
A key is built into this file, so nobody needs to set anything up. To change it, edit GOOGLE_MAPS_KEY near the top of the page script.
Needs Places API (New) and Geocoding API enabled. Restrict the key to this site’s domain under HTTP referrers, and set a billing budget cap.

The people your office actually calls at this provider — intake, records, billing. These show on the card and go into the CSV export.
